Hello there!
I’m Beto Gomez, a Brazilian cartoonist who switched into directing and animating 12 years ago. I'm now a Freelance 2d Cel Animator, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work on some amazing shows like Vinicius & Tom: Funny by Nature (Cartoon Network), Cupcake and Dino (Netflix), and Star Wars: Forces of Destiny (Disney XD). I also directed Oswaldo for Cartoon Network and the Netflix adaptation of Ziraldo’s beloved book O Menino Maluquinho - an adventure that made me a proud Emmy nominee (and loser).
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me running or attempting to escape to the beach, still trying to learn to surf.
